As of September 2009 there was one new staff in the Ruston, LA office of FCA. We are so excited to have this full time area representatives Walter Allen join the FCA family. There are many changes that has taken place in North LA FCA that will help us cultivate in a more intimate way the mission of FCA in Northeast LA areas. The Northcentral LA FCA office parishes include Lincoln, Union, Bienville, Claiborne and Jackson. The parishes included in the Northeast, LA FCA office are Ouachita, Morehouse, Caldwell, Richland, Madison, Tensas, East Carroll, West Carroll and Franklin.
